5.1 Welcome Bonus

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement is met by placing bets equal to 15 times the bonus amount. For example, on a deposit of ৳10,200 receiving the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, the total balance would be ৳15,200 and the wagering requirement would be ৳5,000 × 15 = ৳75,000. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion may only be used once, unless stated otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts, from the same household, or from the same device may result in account closure.
• 9wicket reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• In any bonus-related dispute, 9wicket's decision will be considered final.

9wicket's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and 1.0% at Diamond.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example — if a Gold tier member's net loss for a week is ৳20,000, the cashback would be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

VIP tier progression depends on a member's consistent activity and engagement with the platform. Overall activity patterns are considered rather than a fixed turnover threshold. VIP benefits may be modified at 9wicket's discretion.

7.1 Betting Rules

Individual betting limits may be set for each game or event, and these are displayed in the game lobby. Review the odds and limits carefully before placing a bet. No bet may be changed or cancelled after a specified time or once an event has started.

7.2 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during live betting. 9wicket will not be held responsible if a bet is not confirmed due to an internet disconnection or technical error. Official source data is final for determining event results.

7.3 Game Results

All games are operated using a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer method. If a round is voided due to a software error, the staked amount will be refunded. However, if a user deliberately attempts to exploit an error, the account may be closed.
